Budislav is a municipality and village in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.

Budislav lies approximately 19km (12miles) south-east of Tábor, 45km (28miles) north-east of České Budějovice, and 94km (58miles) south of Prague.
