Buckleya Explained
Buckleya is an Asian and American genus of hemiparasitic shrubs in the sandalwood family.[1] It is named for Samuel Botsford Buckley.[2] Buckleya is also known as Piratebush.[3] Plants of this species are dioecious, meaning they can bear either male or female flowers.[4]
