Bruce Millsap is an American serial killer who was convicted of eight murders during robberies across California. His case received attention when in 2016, Teri Nichols, an assistant teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District, was caught attempting to smuggle in heroin and cellphones to him while he was in prison.[2] [3] [4]

Victims

Millsap's accomplice, Kendrick Loot , was convicted and sentenced to death for the murders of Herrera, McKissick and Moon, but not the other five.[5] [6]
