Britani Bateman (Martin)[1] is an American television personality, actress, and singer.[2] [3] She is best known as a cast member of the Bravo reality television series The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.[4] [5]
Bateman was born in Provo, Utah.[6] Bateman graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.[7] She has two daughters. In October 2023, Bateman filed a $2.5 million dollar lawsuit against ex-husband John Scott Underwood for emotional and financial abuse.[8] Throughout 2024, she has been in a public on-again, off-again relationship with Jared Osmond, nephew of Donny Osmond.[9] Former RHOSLC cast member Monica Garcia raised concerns that Bateman was faking the relationship for the show.[10] [11]
Bateman's acting career began with her appearance in The R.M. in 2003.[12] She starred alongside Tori Spelling in the ABC Family Original Movie, The Mistle-Tones in 2012.[13] In August 2024, Bateman was announced to join The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City as a "friend" of the main cast.[14] [15]
