Bracht–Wachter bodies explained

Bracht–Wachter bodies are a finding in infective endocarditis consisting of yellow-white miliary spots in the myocardium.

Histologically, these are collections of chronic inflammatory cells, mainly lymphocytes[1] and histiocytes.
