Boyer is an unincorporated community in Crawford County, in the U.S. state of Iowa.
History
Boyer was laid out in 1889.[1] The community took its name from the Boyer River. Boyer's population was 60 in 1902,[2] and 80 in 1925.[3]
A post office called Boyer was established in 1899, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1967.[4]
The population was 70 in 1940.[5]
