Box Canyon is a census-designated place (CDP) in Val Verde County, Texas, United States. The population was 34 at the 2010 census.[2] This CDP was formed prior to the 2010 census from parts of the deleted Box Canyon-Amistad CDP.[3]
Box Canyon is located at 29.5333°N -101.1583°W (29.5335, -101.1586).[4]
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.7sqkm, all land.[5]
Box Canyon first appeared as a census designated place in the 2010 U.S. Census, one of two CDPs carved out of the deleted Box Canyon-Amistad CDP
The area is served by the Comstock Independent School District.[6]
