Bouelles (in French pronounced as /bwɛl/) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
A farming village situated in the valley of the river Béthune in the Pays de Bray, some 20miles southeast of Dieppe, at the junction of the D7 and the D1314 roads.
