Borowa is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Czarna, within Dębica County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 11km (07miles) west of Dębica and 520NaN0 west of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]
