Bolboschoenus Explained
Bolboschoenus is a genus of plants in the sedge family, of nearly cosmopolitan distribution.[1] [2] [3] Epipaleolithic and Neolithic peoples used ground root tubers of these plants to make the first breads.[4] [5]
