Bill Leyland (born 3 February 2003) is an English professional rugby league footballer who plays as a for the London Broncos in the Betfred Super League.
He has spent time on loan from the Broncos at the London Skolars in League 1.
Leyland was born in Maidstone, Kent, England. His brother Oli Leyland is a fellow London player.[2]
He played for the Invicta Panthers as a junior.[3]
Leyland attended Maidstone Grammar School[4] and is attending St Marys University in Twickenham, London.[5]
He joined the London Broncos first team squad at the start of the 2022 season.
He made his professional debut for the London Broncos in 2022 against the York Knights.[6]
He spent time on loan from the Broncos at the Skolars in League 1.
Leyland was the Championship young player of the year in 2023.[7]
On 15 October 2023, Leyland played in the Championship Grand Final victory against Toulouse Olympique in France.[8] [9]
