Bernhard Rostfeld Explained

Bernhard Rostfeld (also Bernhard Aleksander Roostfeld or Rostfeldt or Roostfelt; 5 January 1884 – 28 January 1948 in Karaganda, Kazakhstan) was an Estonian politician and banker.^{[1] [2]}
