Bentley is a locality in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales and it is 23km (14miles) north-west of the regional centre of Lismore.^{[1] [2]} It sits within the local government area of Richmond Valley Council.^[3]

The traditional owners of this area are the Widjabul people of the Bundjalung nation.^{[4] [5] [6]}

Section 2 of the Northern Rivers Rail Trail ends here at the historic Bentley Bridge.^{[7] [8]}
