Bennett Creek (Missouri) Explained

Bennett Creek is a stream in northwest Wayne County in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of the St. Francis River.

The stream headwaters arise at 37.2511°N -90.3975°W and it flows generally west to its confluence with the St. Francis at 37.2533°N -90.4617°W. Just east of the confluence the stream crosses under US Route 67 on the south edge of the community of Lodi.[1]

Bennett Creek has the name of Larkin Bennett, an early settler.[2]
