Bedihošť (in Czech pronounced as /ˈbɛɟɪɦoʃc/) is a municipality and village in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,100 inhabitants.

Bedihošť lies approximately 5km (03miles) south-east of Prostějov, 18km (11miles) south of Olomouc, and 210km (130miles) east of Prague.

History

The first written mention of Bedihošť is from 1275.[2]

Among the main landmarks are the Chapel of Saint Wenceslaus and the Chapel of Saint Florian.
