Bartolo Ceru Explained

Bartolo Ceru (active Venice, died circa 1660) was an Italian painter, mainly of quadratura.[1] He trained under Maffeo Verona. Some of his paintings were engraved and tinted in aquaforte by Marco Boschini.[2]
