Bartki is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lelkowo, within Braniewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 5km (03miles) south-west of Lelkowo, 250NaN0 east of Braniewo, and 610NaN0 north of the regional capital Olsztyn.
