Barnowiec (German: Reinfeld)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kołczygłowy, within Bytów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 3km (02miles) south of Kołczygłowy, 200NaN0 north-west of Bytów, and 930NaN0 west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

The surrounding terrain is very mountainous, with 3 large mountains in a 4 km radious of the village. Wierch nad Kamieniem is just 2.3 km from the village, Pisana Hala at 3.3 km from the village and finally Pstra at 3.7 km from the village centre.[3]
