Bailleul-Neuville (in French pronounced as /bajœl nøvil/) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
A forestry and farming village in the valley of the Eaulne river, in the Pays de Bray, situated some 19miles southeast of Dieppe, on the D117 and D1314 roads.
