Bahman Foroutan (Persian: بهمن فروتن) was an Iranian football manager.
Foroutan was born in Iran. His father aspired for him to work in the film industry.[1]
In 1999, Foroutan was appointed manager of Singaporean side Balestier Khalsa FC. In 2005, he was appointed manager of Iranian side Shamoushak Noshahr FC.
Foroutan has used a back four. He has been described as "impulsive on the sidelines, meticulous on the tactics board".[2]
Foroutan is the father of German actress Melika Foroutan. He is also the father of German football manager Nikolai Foroutan.[3]
