Bażany is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kluczbork, within Kluczbork County, Opole Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 15km (09miles) south of Kluczbork and 270NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Opole.
The name of the village is of Polish origin and comes from the word bażant, which means "pheasant".[2]
