Bílence (German: Bielenz) is a municipality and village in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.

Bílence lies approximately 9km (06miles) south-east of Chomutov, 46km (29miles) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 76km (47miles) north-west of Prague.

Administrative parts

The villages of Škrle and Voděrady are administrative parts of Bílence.
