The 3rd constituency of Békés County (Hungarian: Békés megyei 03. számú országgyűlési egyéni választókerület) is one of the single member constituencies of the National Assembly, the national legislature of Hungary. The constituency standard abbreviation: Békés 03. OEVK.[2]
Since 2014, it has been represented by József Kovács of the Fidesz–KDNP party alliance.
The 3rd constituency is located in north-eastern part of Békés County.

The 3rd constituency of Békés County was created in 2011 and contained of the pre-2011 abolished constituencies of 2nd and part of 3rd and 4th constituency of this County. Its borders have not changed since its creation.
The constituency was first represented by József Kovács of the Fidesz from 2014,[4] and he was re-elected in 2018[5] and 2022.[6]
