Ayla Oasis Explained

Ayla Oasis is a $1.4 billion real estate development project in Aqaba, Jordan. The development aims to create a "luxurious waterfront community" on the shores of the Red Sea. The project covers an area of approximately 17 square kilometers and has residential, commercial, and leisure facilities.[1]

The development of Ayla Oasis is centered around a marina and a golf course. It features villas, hotels, and apartments. The architecture and design of the development incorporate elements of modern and traditional Greek styles.[2]

Attractions

Ayla Oasis offers retail outlets, restaurants, cafes, bars, recreational facilities, super market, pharmacy, and leisure and entertainment options.

The marina offers berthing facilities for yachts and boats of various sizes.[3]

Ayla's golf course was designed by Greg Norman. The 18-hole course overlooks the Red Sea and surrounding mountains. Additionally, a golf academy offers coaching and training programs.[4]
