Hawassa Airport (Amharic: ሀዋሳ አውሮፕላን መንገድ; Aw'asa) is Sub Ethiopian Airlines which serves in Hawassa, Sidama Region, Ethiopia. The construction of the airport (Coordinates: 7.095°N 38.3983°W) started at the beginning of 2015.[2] The old dirt runway[3] is within the city, at 7.0667°N 38.4903°W.
