Austrosynthemis Explained
Austrosynthemis is a monotypic genus of dragonfly in the family Synthemistidae.[1] [2] Its single species, Austrosynthemis cyanitincta,[3] more commonly known as the turquoise tigertail,[4] is found in south-western Australia,[5] where it inhabits streams.[6]
The species Austrosynthemis cyanitincta is a small, black dragonfly with blue markings.[4]
