AussieMite is an Australian Yeast Extract savoury food spread. Its primary uses are for toasts and sandwiches.[1] It was founded by Roger Ramsey in 2001.[2]

AussieMite was launched into Australian supermarkets in 2001 and in 2011 AussieMite was launched into the United Kingdom, The United States of America, United Arab Emirates and South East Asia.[3] It is a registered trademark in Australia, the United Kingdom, European Union, United States of America, United Arab Emirates, Japan, South East Asia and Asia.[4] [5]
The main ingredients of AussieMite are corn and maltodextrin. Other ingredients are yeast, sugar, citric acid and caramel color.[6]
