Auriat (in French pronounced as /oʁja/; Occitan (post 1500);: Auriac) is a commune in the Creuse department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in central France.
An area of farming, forests and lakes comprising a small village and several hamlets, situated some 18miles east of Limoges near the junction of the D12, D22 and the D58.
