Atthaphon Charoenchansa is a Thai conservationist and Director-General of the National Parks, Wildlife, and Plant Conservation Department, serving since 2023.[1] [2] He previously served as Director-General of the Marine and Coastal Resources Department and Director-General of the Royal Forest Department.[3] [4] [5]
Career
Charoenchansa was appointed to replace Rutchada Suriyakul Na Ayutya, who was arrested in December 2022 on corruption charges.[6] [7] [8]
