Atsushi Yamamoto Explained
is a leg amputee athlete from Japan competing mainly in category T42 sprint and long jump events. He won silver medals in the long jump at the 2008 and 2016 Paralympics.[2]
Yamamoto also competed in snowboarding at the 2018 Winter Paralympics.[3] [4]
He competed in the men's long jump T63 event at the 2023 World Para Athletics Championships held in Paris, France.[5]
