The women's 400 metres sprint competition of the athletics events at the 2015 Pan American Games took place between July 22nd and 23rd at the CIBC Pan Am and Parapan Am Athletics Stadium.^[1] The defending Pan American Games champion is Jennifer Padilla of Colombia.
