Atful Hye Shibly (1944–2020) is a Bangladeshi educationalist. He is a former Vice-Chancellor of Rajshahi University and a former professor at the Department of History of Rajshahi University.[1] [2] [3] He is a former vice chancellor at North East University Bangladesh (NEUB).[4] And former member of the University Grants Commission (UGC).[5] He is a professor at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST).[6]
