Atchison Township, Nodaway County, Missouri Explained
Atchison Township is a township in northwestern Nodaway County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. It contains about 55 sections of land.[1] The town of Clearmont lies in its center.
Atchison Township was established in April 1845, and named after David Rice Atchison, a United States Senator from Missouri.[2]
