Arnprior Airport is a registered aerodrome located adjacent to and south of the town of Arnprior, Ontario, Canada directly behind the former Arnprior Aerospace Inc. (formerly Boeing Canada Technology).
The aerodrome serves chiefly general aviation traffic, including private and commercial pilots, ORNGE, Hydro One, and the Ontario Provincial Police. The Canadian Forces also use the aerodrome.
During World War II, the airport hosted No. 3 Flying Instructor School for the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan. Arnprior/South Renfrew Municipal Airport was the original location of the National Research Council of Canada Flight Research Laboratory until 1954 when it moved to its current location at the Ottawa International Airport in Ottawa.
The Arnprior Airport is currently home to Chapman Aviation (Flight training and AMO - full maintenance services), Parachute Ottawa, and Vintage Wings of Canada.
AVGAS (100LL), Jet fuels (JET A) available 24/7. Tie downs (transient and long-term), full aviation maintenance facility on the field. Courtesy vehicle available with reservation. Area navigation (RNAV) approaches both10/, and grass strip available on east side of 16/34--rolled yearly.
Arnprior Water Aerodrome, is attached to CNP3. Docks and trailer services available as well.
