Area 1B is a residential town in Luwinga, Mzuzu. It is located in the Northern Region of Malawi It’s known for its beautiful landscapes and serene environment, as well as the area is also home to several parks and recreational facilities.[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] The town is home to Area 1B FC. In 2018, about 320 people in Area 1B lost their homes following heavy rains that the City experienced.[6]
