Arctia olschwangi explained

Arctia olschwangi is a moth of the family Erebidae. It was described by Vladimir Viktorovitch Dubatolov in 1990. It is found in the polar Ural, Yamal Peninsula, Yakutia, Lena River delta.^[1]
