Arcadia Shipmanagement Co. Ltd. was established in 1998,^[4] by Constantine Angelopoulos.^[5] ^[6] The company was named the Greek oil tanker company of the year in 2007.^[7] It completed an expansion to its fleet of oil tankers in 2012.^[8] In 2012, the company was also certified for good energy consumption.^[9] In 2015, the company added two Suezmax tankers to its fleet.^[10]
