Arbazhsky District (Russian: Арба́жский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[2] district (raion), one of the thirty-nine in Kirov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 1416km2. Its administrative center is the urban locality (an urban-type settlement) of Arbazh. Population: 9,647 (2002 Census); The population of Arbazh accounts for 48.6% of the district's total population.
