Anzan-e Sharqi Rural District (fa|دهستان انزان شرقي) is in the Central District of Bandar-e Gaz County, Golestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Gol Afra.[2]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 7,101 in 1,718 households.[3] There were 7,258 inhabitants in 2,047 households at the following census of 2011.[4] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 6,950 in 2,216 households. The most populous of its 10 villages was Baghu Kenareh, with 1,242 people.[5]
