Anticyclone (stylized in all caps, ja|アンチサイクロン) is the debut studio album by Japanese Vocaloid producer Inabakumori. It was released on November 17, 2019, and it was eventually released onto streaming platforms on November 11, 2020.[1] The album's cover was designed by Japanese illustrator Nukunuku Nigirimeshi.
Inabakumori suggested in November 2018 that it would release his debut studio album in 2019.[2] On October 24, 2019, he announced the album release on his Twitter account.[3] It was initially sold only at the Japanese Doujinshi convention The Vocaloid Master, but was later officially released.[4]
All songs on the album were previously released as promotional singles with the exception of "The Stars Get Dark" and "Billow of Fireworks." Most of the songs on the album featured vocals by Kaai Yuki.[5] [6] Second track from the album "Lost Umbrella" was first released on Nico Nico Douga on February 27, 2018 and became his best known song.[7] [8] In the first half of 2024, it ranked as the third most played Vocaloid song outside of Japan.[9]
