Anstenoptilia hugoiella explained

Anstenoptilia hugoiella is a moth of the family Pterophoridae. It is known from Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela.

The wingspan is 18–20 mm. Adults are on wing in February, March and August.
