Anna Styszyńska Explained

Anna Styszyńska (born 15 April 1954) is a Polish geographer. She is professor at the Gdynia Maritime University and Gdańsk University of Technology.^[1]

She was awarded the Silver Cross of Merit.^[2]

Life

Styszyńska studied geography at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 2006, she obtained her habilitation based on the paper Causes and mechanisms of contemporary (1982-2002) warming of the Atlantic Arctic, submitted to the University of Poznań.^[3]
