Andrew Lucky Elerewe, better known as Andrew Elerewe, (born September 29, 1977) is a Nigerian real estate entrepreneur and the founder of AIBEN Investment and Properties Limited.[1] [2] [3] [4] He was awarded Young entrepreneur of the year by Nigeria Union of Journalists,[5] Recognition of Excellence in Construction by Nigerian Society of Engineers and received the Leads Africa Merit Award of Excellence from the League of African Development Students (LEADS Africa).[6] [7] [8]
Elerewe was born in Ose, Ondo State, Nigeria. He attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, and thereafter proceeded to the University of Chichester, UK for his MBA (Masters in Business Administration).[9] [10]
Elerewe is the chairman/ chief executive officer (CEO) of AIBEN Investment & Properties Limited, the first contemporary Nigerian construction company with branches in over six African countries.[11] [12] [13]
He served as the MD of Woods and Bricks Ltd, before establishing AIBEN group in 2011.[14] [1]
He was the immediate past Chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) and is the association's current national vice-president of the North Central Zone.[15] [16] [17]
In 2021, he was recognised amongst the top five real estate major players in Nigeria.[8]
