Ambrose Lake is a lake in Algoma District, Ontario, Canada. It is about 2400m (7,900feet) long and 130m (430feet) wide, and lies between Lake Superior and Highway 17 at an elevation of 417m (1,368feet) about 40km (30miles) south of the community of White River and 50km (30miles) northwest of Wawa. The primary outflow is an unnamed creek to Iron Lake, part of the Dog River system.
