Ambika Rana (Nepali: अम्बिका राणा;[1] born 2 July 1999) is a Nepali model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Grand Nepal 2020.
Rana was born in Pokhara to a Medical family. She moved to Shillong to pursue her education from Loreto Convent School and St Margaret's School. She worked with Mother Teresa Foundation helping women and victims of domestic violence.[2] In 2020, she founded Arka Foundation which helps underprivileged people by providing health post and create job opportunities for a sustainable livelihood.
In 2022, Ambika started studying Business and Innovative Medicine from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani – Dubai Campus, United Arab Emirates.[3]
In 2018, Ambika was awarded the winner of Artist Support Program (ASP) - Fashion Artist Edition (FAE) organized by R.K. Studio Nepal.[4]
Ambika was crowned as the national winner of Miss Grand Nepal 2020 and she had represented Nepal at the Miss Grand International 2020 in Bangkok, Thailand.[5] During the international competition, Ambika was listed in Top 30 National Costumes where she wore Green Tara inspired costume.
