Alvania amphitrite explained

Alvania amphitrite is an extinct species of minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc or micromollusk in the family Rissoidae.^[1]

Distribution

Fossils of this marine species were found in Early Miocene strata in northwest Greece.
