Aluni (Persian: آلونی) is a city in, and the capital of, the Central District of Khanmirza County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran, and also serves as capital of the county. It was the administrative center for Khanmirza Rural District until the capital was transferred to the village of Do Makan.[2]

The city is populated by Lurs.[3]
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the city's population was 2,297 in 481 households, when it was in the former Khanmirza District of Lordegan County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,639 people in 625 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the city as 2,775 people in 734 households.[6]
In August 2018, Armand Rural District and Khanmirza District were separated from the county in the establishment of Khanmirza County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each. Aluni was transferred to the new Central District as the county's capital.[2]
