Almaty District (kk|Алматы ауданы, Kazakh: Almaty audany; ru|Район Алматы), is an administrative subdivision of the city of Astana, Kazakhstan. It was named after the city of Almaty.
Part of the mountainous Ile-Alatau National Park is in Almaty District.[2]
