Alikanas (Greek, Modern (1453-);: Αλικανάς) is a village in the municipal unit of Alykes situated on the northeastern coast about 15 km northwest of Zakynthos (city) on the island of Zakynthos, Greece. It is situated 11NaN1 from the neighbouring village of Alykes, on the Ionian coast. Alikanas is a very well known tourist destination. People from all over the world are visiting Alikanas in the summer. It has a beautiful sandy wide beach. On the beach of Alykanas you can find the lily of the sea, protected by Greek and International legislation. The famous caretta caretta might be seen sometimes in these waters, even though they prefer less populated areas.

It is 31NaN1 northeast of Katastari, 31NaN1 northwest of Ano Gerakari and 121NaN1 northwest of Zakynthos city.
