Alfred Jenkins III (born April 1, 1964) is a former American football quarterback who played one season with the Dallas Texans of the Arena Football League (AFL). He was drafted by the Washington Redskins with the 248th pick in the 1987 NFL draft.[1] [2] He played college football at the University of Arizona.[3] Jenkins was also a member of the Ottawa Rough Riders of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
Jenkins attended Lynwood High School in Lynwood, California.[4]
He now lives in College Park with his five children; his daughters Kellie, Astarte and Angela, and sons Phillip and Alfred.[5] He has four grandchildren.[6] He says that now he "continues to try and stay healthy" and he still watches the Falcons and enjoys returning to team reunions.[7]
